i almost thought this place could be decent until i saw the cold breakfast with powdery eggs, how delightful! also, the facilities were decidedly old and a mess. when i arrived, no one even offered me a complimentary welcome gift, which is the least they could do. truly disappointing, i just couldn’t give them a good review.

I really appreciated the short walk to Woodland Lake Park for a lovely stroll amongst the trees, as well as the nearby restaurants like Darbi's Cafe that served delicious meals without needing to travel far. The hotel is set up well for guests who like to take weekend getaways, with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere making for a comfortable stay, but the layout felt more like a motel than I expected.

We had a delightful stay with our service dog. The staff were super friendly, and it was a treat to enjoy the nearby hiking trails. Rooms were comfy, and the hustle of the lobby was a nice touch to our family adventure.

On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, and I found the helpful front desk staff quite refreshing amidst the chaos.

Now, the facilities felt a bit ancient and didn't quite match the expectations set by the photos on the site. Breakfast was less than stellar. cold food and powdery eggs sent us hunting for brunch elsewhere.
